WORTH THE WAIT- JAPAN INVASION
Posted Sunday, May 16, 2010 // 2:42 PM
it was month of May last year when i had this silent depression when one of my greatest dream was canceled. it was as if losing the chance of bringing that dream into reality. but still, i waited. waited in a sense that i was enjoying everyday taking my attention away from depression. i thought it would never push through. January '10 came, there were no updates. i had 0.01% chance.*sighs*February came, but still the pursuance of the programme was uncertain. march came, i fully lost the excitement i needed to prepare for the tour. and then finally April!
its April, everything was set, i went to Manila but never really had the same excitement i felt last year..why? because i was too afraid that things might be the same as last year.
12th of April:
before i slept, in my overly cozy bed, i told my room mate julie ( i miss julie my room mate forever ) "finally. we'll be in japan tomorrow". but deep inside the uncertainty grows. i mean i had this thing in mind " aiish. basin dili napud madayon" (baka di nanaman matutuloy.)
13th of APRIL
we woke up 5 am. went to the airport at 6. checked in . and finally boarding time.
JAL Flight number 746-- i was enjoying the food.*laughs* but didn't really had the full blast of excitement.i dunno why..,something was really bothering me that time. i just felt lonely somehow. after 4 hours: *boom* finally, im in Japan!!
One thing i remembered before i got out the plane was the thing Haruyama sensei asked me about the thing i really want about Japan. i simply said its the Sakura. seriously. if there's one thing that really amazes me its that tree. its soo beautiful in pictures. but far way more more more beautiful if its real. when i saw many of them from the plane window., i really wanna cry.l. it might be too simple, too shallow but Gosh! this is it!. its the Sakura! its Japan! the long wait and all the uncertainty, its over!! Outside was so Cold! haha. This is really is it! i can't help it. LOL. this was the day I've been waiting for. the Start of everything. (: I was REALLY REALLY REALLY HAPPY. So Happy. and now, its God who's telling me:
"that's why i canceled your trip last year because i wanted you to see the only tree that i know would make you really really happy"
-- indeed. tama si Daddy God. (:
on the way to the place where we would have our dinner, i can see Tokyo. LOL. the Lights the people! its so amazing. i love the fashion!.. the girls were like dolls wearing barbie's boots. Everything was just so clean.amazing.and FREEZING.
After eating we went to our hotel. its the Grand PRince Hotel in Tokyo. had fun in the hotel because it had a balcony and you can see tokyo from your room. and not to mention..i Love the Shiseido shampoo. *laughs* thats why i miss japanese bath now.LOL. superrrr LOL. haha

After 2 days,of activities and tours in tokyo, we moved to Ibaraki prefecture for our homestay.
and now im missing my foster family. they were so nice to me. they even treated me and my sister dianne like their own child. i miss my Okaasan who was really giving us the full accommodation and was doing stuffs for us even if she doesnt have to. like carrying our things for us. she was a great mother. and i miss Sakura san who always talk to me with sense and my younger bro na super gwapo na kinikilig ako. LOL. the family was really nice. oh so nice!.. we even had a very emotional farewell. ill surely come back to Japan and bring them sumthing because of everything they have done to me.

Randomly, here are the things we experienced in Ibaraki:

Sakura was enough but God made me experience more than that. Ther shouldnt be snow on spring time pero ayan. haha. My friend shigyo says im really lucky. haha. indeed. di ko naimagine.

When we went back to tokyo it was as if we we're enjoying our last days in tokyo. everything else draws me closer to those people.

our last night in Tokyo. when we made takas from the hotel and went to Mcdo. haha! credits to mark for the libre. haha

aww. i sooo miss you guys.
Oh well! everything comes to an end. but until now i feel lucky. oh so lucyk to have been to a great place. haha. Now i have this full realization that the saying "PAtience is Virtue" holds true. haha. if not because of the cancellation last year i wont experience snow, i wont see sakura. and i wont be with those25 people AGAIN.i wont see YOU again.
haha. i really enjoyed being with you guys. Thank you to our supervisors To sir Nan and Mam jo (i remember the medicine that mam jo gave me when i had this lil problem ) ill super remember those eating moments na halos lagi nalang buffet. ill always remember you guys. it would never be fun if not for you. . the people who always had smiles on their faces. every morning we wake up and all we do was eat and talk and ride the bus for free. and go to amazing places that i could never even imagine i would see. all for free. the pleasure and the free treats was really enjoyable. but more than that, its the bond that i built with those those amazing people. Really amazing. haha. and now i just miss them so much. tsk2.

And i met one special sister from those people. her name is monique. just can't imagine that we have a lot of things in common. we were always together doing our own stuff. haha. i miss my girlfriend! hope to see you soon sis.! ^^naaaah!

Basta, im happy. about everything that happened to me when i was there. this year's summer was great. superrrr. Well of course i was a bit sad not to see my long lost unseen friend shigyo. psssshh. but i know we'll see each other again someday. in God's time. and sad about the thing that was bothering. HAHAHA Pero over all, masaya ako. sa lahat ng blessing sa akin ni Dadi God. and in spite of all the problems and few people i can be happy. Masayang MasayA kasi coz whatever it takes, i all have the reason para maging masaya coz i remember you guys. Basta Thank you. thank you.
Till then xOxo.,
